If I Decline a Mystery Gift in HGSS, can I get it again?

Hate for my first message here to be a question, I'll do an introduction soon, I promise. but my paranoia is flaring up, I'm super frustrated, and nowhere I go seems to have the fishing answer. I'm sorry if I'm sounding like a giant bastard, but this is eating me alive and insert Star Wars quote here. I've been doing Mystery Gifts through the Wiimmfi WFC and I declined a solid handful to get the pokewalker routes. If I decline a Mystery Gift in Soul Silver, will it appear again? Or is it just GONE? I'm freaking out cause I accidentally declined the Celebi AND VGC2010 Shiny Eevee ones. IF you think you've seen this before, it's because I also posted it on the Discord server.

And yes, I DID make an account for this site specifically to ask this question. Everywhere else I go seems to throw me away or ignore me.
