HGSS Restarted Game Forgot to Clear last Save - PKHeX Help!

Hello,

I started a Nuzlocke in Heart Gold on DeSmuME and I lost... so I started a new game. I forgot to clear the previous save data and played for quite some time on the next file. Now I can't save my current playthrough.

Is there any way to clear the previous save file and save my current one? or am I SOL? 

I've tried bring my save into PKHeX but it is the Previous playthrough and not where the current save state is.

Here are the files. Nuz.sav is the exported file and the other is the savestate.
