If pkhex says legal, can I transfer it to bank then home then to scarlet and violet

I want to transfer my Pokémon from black and black 2 to y then to bank to home, but I want to know if they are save to transfer as they are from roms and I have changed their levels, pkhex marks them as legal so is it ok to put them in home?

If PKHeX says it the pokémon in question are Legal, than it's definitly Okay to transfer them to home!
