Corrupted save Alpha Sapphire help request

When trying to start game from cart a system error is displayed on 3ds.

I dumped save with JKSV and when loaded with PKHeX it get the following Error.

Any chance of recovering the mons from this save file? My nephew is the player and he doesn't have a clue how to do mods or anything of the sort so this is a corruption and not an error with trying to apply some type of mod.
