ScVi SysMMC saves

I'm trying to understand how saves work here to move them between my SysNAND and EmuNAND without CFW on my SysNAND, I noticed that when creating a new save for these games, it creates 2 files in the user/save folder, one it's 16MB and the other one is 66MB, the saveMeta folder has the 16MB name and in my experiments, just moving the 16MB file is enough to move the save between Nands, it's that fine? or do I need to move the 3 files?
