Do I need to buy two games if I want to transfer hacked pokemon to my other game?

So I have two switch, one jailbreaked and one not, I play online games with the origional one, since I dont want to get in trouble. 

 

If I hacked some pokemon and I want to transfer them to my save account, do I need to buy another copy of the game, or it is fine to use the downloaded games?
