pkhex development build download does not work

Hello,

I've tried to download the development build of pkhex to check if a bug I found was fixed. The link is at:

When clicking on the download button, my browser tells me that it could not download the file because the source file was not found. The browser lets me select the location of the file to be saved, but then report a network error and fails to download the file...
