Pokemon Battle Revolution- party member issue

Hi there,

I recently created a back-up of my PBR savefile using SaveGame Manager GX.

I was excited to learn that PKHeX could open this, and sure enough all my boxes from the save file were there.

When I switched to my party pokemon in PKHeX though, I saw that they weren't the same as in PBR. PKHeX seemed to be showing the party from my first Custom Pass (custom party) in PBR. My actual party pokemon from the saved storage weren't anywhere in PKHeX.

 

I doubt this is an issue with SaveGame Manager GX, and it seemed like it might be a relatively easy fix for PKHeX, since it seems to just be opening the first Custom Pass instead of the party pokemon in storage. So I wanted to post about it here and see what you good people thought!

Is there any way to access the correct party pokemon in a PBR save file using PKHeX? Is there something I'm missing?

Edit: In case anyone is able to parse the save file better than I could, the party I'm looking for is supposed to be: Deoxys, Smeargle, Metagross, Gengar, Breloom, and Magmortar.
