USUM - Exeggutor-1's Name has dissapeared and I don't know how to fix

Whenever you try to look for exeggutor 1 - its name is blank, it appears as " - 929" in personal stats, and as " " after Muk 1 in level up moves. Evolutions page just crashes when I try to open it and I think it might be related to the missing name. I have no idea what i did to lose the name, I've dumped the story text and game text to see if I could find any places I might have altered it or deleted it (which tbf I shouldn't have) but can't find any reference to Alolan forms at all. I am very new to rom editing so if anyone has any advice on where to look or what I can do it would be much appreciated.
