SOLVED: HELP can't figure out how to save to phone emulator (leafgreen)

hello, first time PKHex user because I wanted to edit 1 of my pokemons, now I've done that, I cannot figure out how to save it to my phone, where I play the game on using an emulator for the gameboy advanced to play leafgreen. help appreciated

 

edit: nvm the discord solved it! (had to email it to myself if anyone wants to know how I made it work, then copy it to my normal save folder and delete the existing save, and making sure the name is the same as the old one)
