Pal Park locations of Gen IV Pokémon

According to Bulbapedia, ""Pokémon introduced in Generation IV have Pal Park locations and score values programmed in, even though they cannot be migrated from Generation III". I'd love to find out these locations because I like sorting my PC boxes by habitat. 

This was discussed on these forums back in 2009, and Poryhack wrote that the info I'm looking for is "contained in /arc/ppark.narc (in a DPPt ROM)". I experimented with different ROM editing software, but I have no idea how to use them and make the data readable for me. I'd be really happy if someone could help me with this, just for curiosity's sake!

UPDATE: @hymneminium on tumblr pointed out that veekun.com includes this information in their Pokédex.
