Question about pkNX and shiny hunting in a randomized game

Hi everyone ! 

So, my question is, as the title says, about pkNX and the shiny odds in a randomized version of the game. I've started a randomizer on Shield yesterday and it was a lot of fun, but I stumbled upon Cosmogs in water, Meltan in grass in the wild areas, as well as Diancie and Genesect as strong spawns. 

My question is, if a Pokémon is shiny locked in the OG game, will it be shiny locked in the randomizer ? Or can I shiny hunt, let's say the Water Cosmog, as a normal shiny hunt ? Cause I'll be honest, I think it would be a lot of fun to be able to shiny hunt Pokémon that shouldn't be shiny hunted (like Mew, Cosmog or other mythical Pokémons). Would give a very fun experience for me.
