Some trouble loading my Platinum SAV File

Ok, so here's the deal. I've done so much, and I don't understand why my Platinum SAV file won't load when I open my Platinum NDS file on my Acekard 2. It works on an emulator, but not on a flashcart. Here's what I've done to try and make it work:

-Made sure the SAV and NDS files are named the same exact thing.

-Converted the SAV file from No$GBA to Acekard 2 format.

-Changed the Rom's save settings to Default and saved it.

-Removed any and all other Platinum SAV files from my Acekard 2.

-Made sure that the Rom was clean and not corrupt.

So can someone help me? I still don't understand why my SAV file won't load on my Flashcart.
