PPSE - DS Troubleshooting.

Quick question, when i try to load up PPSE for the DS it tells me this:

Fat failed to initialize?

You cannot use a filesystem on an emulator! SILLY!!!

...or your card is really messed up to get this far.

I'm using Supercard Lite and a Superkey on a DS Lite

Any ideas?
