pmd Editing Adventure Log from PMD: Blue Rescue Team?

Hi! Well, I have all Adventure Log entries except the "Munchlax encounter" and "All Pokemon were made leaders". I tried to encounter Munchlax since January, and I already made all pokemon leaders 2 TIMES, but i don't know why I don't get the Adventure Log entry.

For that, I wonder if is possible to edit Adventure Log to get all entries unlocked. Or if anyone can give me a save with all the entries.

I have all the pokemon recruited. And the Explorers of Sky done 100% (if anyone want it).

Please, help me T_T.
