Are there any Fire Red (U) (1.0) Game Shark/Etc. codes that can modify/max out IVs, EVs, and/or Nature of Pokemon already in your Party or PC?

Hello.

 

My question is as the topic says: Are any there Fire Red (U) (1.0) Game Shark/Codebreaker/Action Replay codes that can modify (for Hidden Power's sake)/max out (otherwise) IVs, adjust EVs, and/or change the Nature of Pokemon already in your Party or PC?

For what I am trying to do, I was wondering if a code existed that could change these aspects of Pokemon already in the player's possession. Most of the codes I came across (regardless of if they worked or if I could get them to work) only effected Pokemon you hadn't encountered yet, mostly in the form of Wild Encounter modifiers. The only codes I could find that worked on Pokemon that I already have are those "Max Stats of 1/2/etc. slot Party Pokemon". That's not what I'm looking for.

As well, if such codes do exist, a brief explanation of which device they're meant to work on (Game Shark/Action Replay/so forth) and what, if any Fire Red (1.0) Master Codes would also be needed would be appreciated. I'm using an emulator (I can switch between Visual Boy Advance or mGBA as needed). Ideally, the more dummy-proof for my sake, the better.
