Could someone please analyze a Pokémon of mine for the SID/TID (SwSh)?

Hello fellow users,

I hope this is the correct subforum to post this request. Even after reading the guide I wasn't sure wether this belongs on the Save Editing Help, Legality or this forum. If this does not belong here, please (re-)move the topic and tell me where I should post it.

Anyway, I would like to generate some Pokémon for my collection because I don't have the DLC and cannot get some legendaries. I have found a Discord which can generate Pokémon for me but I need to know my TID and SID for that.

So here is my question: Can somebody here help me find what my TID and SID is? Is it true that the TID is the number I can see im my Trainer Passport? Also would be very nice if you could tell me what I have to do so you can help me. Do I need to send a Pokémon to GTS to trade (if that is still possible on Sword/Shield)?
