White 2 Crashes when I'm using the box

I got to Nimbasa City and was about to use the box to store my sandile. After I open the box everything seems normal but after I picked up sandile and put it in the box it said "An error has occurred. Please turn off the power". I tried it again and the same thing happened. When i press left or right to go to the other boxes it also crashes. I don't know how to fix this. I am playing on DeSmuME. I have 3 cheats that I turned off:

I turned off these cheats and the same thing still happens. I need help please.

I found out what was the problem. For some reason in game my boxes are only up to 16 but since I start on box 22 whenever I interact with box 22 the game crashes. How do I restore my boxes?

I found out what to do. After getting in game go to box 16 by pressing left. Then move a pokemon in box 16 (even if you put it in the same spot). Then the other boxes will be unlocked. Hope this helps to someone who might encounter the same problem.
