I've tried everything!

Hi, I have a really cool doubles team for PBR and it works really well... offline. Whenever I try to go online it says there is Pokemon that can't enter or whatever. Now, I've attatched the file for you guys to have a look at. I have no idea what else to do. I've followed the guide on this forum exactly using all the right programs where neccessary. But it just won't work! If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Thats no use, all the values SHOULD be 00. As it is a D/P egg. Do you have any other suggestions?
