3DS Overworld Script Editor

I noticed in latest version of PK3DS, there is now an overworld script editor tab. It does say this is till in development, when clicked, it has a randomize all option.

What does this randomize? Obviously I am looking to randomize just overworld items specifically, I was just curious, what else does this randomzie all option change? What else is contained in the Overworld Scripts?
