I'm facing the same problem here as well... Already tried dumping the entire game again, but I keep encountering this error
Hey, I SOLVED IT! You probably made the same mistake I did while following the tutorial. 
If your "romfs" folder have another folder named "Pok__mon Sword v262144 (0100ABF008968800) (UPD)" or something like that, just move the "bin" folder inside of it to the "romfs" one and delete the pok_mon yada yada one.
