Something Similar to pokemon home?

So i don't know if this goes here if don't i am so sorry my bad hehe but i just wanted to ask since i am kind of a noob. I wanted to know if there is any software i can use similar to pokemon home, something were i can store all of the pokemon from different save files i have in just one save so i can sent them later on to pokemon home. If is with pkhex how do you do it cause i don't see any feature like that. Again sorry if this doesn't go here and thank you.
