Error message: 'Invalid: Ability does not match ability number' harmless?

Hello, I'm getting error messages and would like to know what to do in this case.

Error message: 'Invalid: Ability does not match ability number'

Had as an example the save file of Gridelin (before DLC) used in the new version of PKHex.

If I change the ability of the pokemon where the problem occurs back and forth, it is legal again.

I don't know now if the legal check only happens when changes are made, it's a bug, or if this is an update and I should change all those Pokemons. ( Old Output -> Changed -> Back-Changed -> New Output )

i think this is a bug because when you only tap the same ability again it says legal
