[REQUEST] Hi all, I would like an emerald save file that has beaten champion. (i'd like to catch rayquaza myself)

Apart from that, I also need a bit of help. All the saves that I tried downloading online are not working. They are all of file size 128 KB, and the game cannot load. Is there some specific reason behind this?
