PKHEX doesn't seem to show me the correct screen

So I'm trying to edit my items specifically rare candies, but when I open PkHex and select my main file, the screen looks so much more different that how the other tutorials. There's not even a section for me to edit the items. Can anyone help me find out what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks. It was that plus I realized I was using the emulation to save my progress instead of the save button in the game. I'm all good now.
