Master Rank Contest Ribbons

Hi guys i need your help i have some pokemons from emerald and x e y that i want to bring on usum, i want to mod them with pkhex and add some ribbons, they are all legal cheked eccept for the ribbons of the master rank contest in ORAS https://www.serebii.net/omegarubyalphasapphire/ribbons.shtml (Cleaverness master Beauty master ecc) someone can told me excatly why the pkhex check them as illegal ribbons? i have maxed all the stats of beauty cool ecc. thank you for your help
