How to randomise Pokemon Moon using pk3DS?

Hi all, 

Apologies if this thread has been started in the incorrect directory. My English isn't great, so please bare with me. I've managed to extract a Pokemon Moon ROM using the .Net Toolkit, and have the output data stored in a folder on my desktop. When opening pk3DS, I use this folder (titled Compiler Folder) as a directory. When hitting 'OK', it asks me to select 'Yes' for OR/AS or 'No' for X/Y. 'Cancel' is Abort. I am unsure how to proceed with this. A swift reply would be much appreciated, looking to do as many nuzlockes as I can during this testing time :D.
