Loaded never before dumped save and 2 of the mons show as illegal (which is impossible)

I finally got all of the pokemon through properly playing the game and decided to do the block edits to do the wild area events. I dumped the save via Checkpoint (latest version as of today) and loaded the save into PkHex. My Drednaw and my Vanillish both have red exclamation marks. both saying "Invalid: Unable to match an encounter from origin game". As I said, this save has never been dumped or edited before, both pokemon were caught by me without any cheats or hacks (I played the game entirely without glitching anything).

So this has to be a bug in PkHex? Im not interested in fixing it (as these are 100% legit and dont need to be fixed), but I just wanted to report the bug.
