Rutile Ruby on a 3DS console using an Apple computer

Dear forum members,

The title pretty much says it. I also apologise in advance if this has already been discussed elsewhere. I've been trying to find tutorials online (RECENT tutorials) about playing the Rutile Ruby version on a 3DS console. I have the real Omega Ruby game cartridge (European version, since that is where I am located) and version 11.13.0-45E. Do any of you know of a good, recent tutorial for Mac users or can help me out? It will be greatly appreciated. This is all VERY new to me, and it's the first time I'm picking up a video game in more than 10 years.
