9thgenbae Posted March 18, 2020 Share Posted March 18, 2020 Long story short i couldnt get the rainbow wing for hours, so when i finally figured it out i found the Event Flag for Rainbow Wing Received for anybody else out there who wants to bypass the criteria to unlock the upstairs of Tin Tower.
