pokemon fan center revival?

I'm not sure if this allowed, and I do apologize in advance. I wanted the see if the original creator of the site was still around and planned on reviving their website. I think its a really cool idea, and would love to see it return. I just got into making custom events for the 4th and 5th generations of pokemon. i managed to do it locally, (with 2 DS's) and by injecting the wonder card and pokemon directly into my game. I'd love to learn more, and shadow the owner to one day partner up with them. I believe it's possible now, that nintendo shut down the servers, and the ones that are up, and privately owned, but allowed to be used by the public with a patch, and a change of the DNS settings.
