Ribbon legality. Pokémon transferred from HOME to SwSh

So, I transferred this Gardevoir from Bank to Home and from there to my Shield copy. I wanted to do other edits to the save file, but then I realized it had this legality issue. I've never directly edited this Pokémon. I would appreciate some help.
