[Request] Pokémon Emerald Save, right before Wallace (Champion)

I'm making a romhack of Pokémon Emerald that changes the Champion battle, and need to have a way to test it to ensure nothing goes wrong. Would it be possible to acquire a game saved after the Elite Four battles, but right before Wallace, the Champion? Ideally, such a save would have a reasonably strong team capable of beating Wallace without too much trouble.

Hi! I'm not sure if you still need this but I happened to see this post before I battled the Elite Four. This was saved before the Champion battle.
