Build 191209 legality errors

I'm seeing a couple of errors where legitimately captured/evolved pokemon are flagged as illegal. One where a relearn move matches a held move, but only the relearn is flagged as illegal. Also some others flagged illegal simply because of some language issues. Files for all are attached. The Jellicent I captured, the Mr. Mime I evolved up from a Mime Jr that I captured. The others are trades, but seem legit. For the ones in Traditional Chinese, when I first view them, the nickname is blank and that is the complaint, but if I reload them, then their nickname is populated but "doesn't match species name".
