Generation 1 Event Flags

I know there is a topic about this already, but the flag resets for red blue and yellow still don't work for any of the pokemon or the fossils in the newer versions of pkhex. In an old version of pkhex that has the event flag editor and research tab the only things that can be reset properly are rebattling gym leaders, npc trainers and recieving tms from npcs but not gift pokemon like Eevee or Lapras, rebattling legendaries or reobtaining overworld items. Is this something that would be looked at or fixed? I can provide a save if needed. Thanks.
