Cresselia & Kiogre Legit?

Can somone check if these pkmn are legit?

i receved them from wi-fi trade

Cresselia(test).pkm

Kyogre looks fine.

Cresselia looks hacked, though. You can't catch them at Lv. 45.

thanks... if i change Cresselia's Lv. to 50, it turns out legit?

It should be legal if you do. So yeah.
