No Rematch - Secret Base Pokémon Ruby

Hello everyone!
I have a question. Some days ago I edited my Pokemon Ruby´s Save because the nostalgia is very strong in me. I added to my save
- morfeo's code
- edited secret bases whit "Trigger PC"
- I injected an edited e-berry "Chilorio Berry"
- A few Battle Tower Trainers

I restored the sav in the cartridge, and all work fine, however, the rematch in the secret bases can't be refresh after 24hrs. I thinked than  the battery can be dry but all events (the grow up berries) and the clock work fine.

I need some help to resolve this problem .
