Has anyone tried unflagging the Poipole received event?

I didn't know I could shiny hunt Poipole and would like to do that at some point without playing through the (admittedly unfavorable) campaign again, basically. As far as I remember it doesn't really mess with anything in the story, so I'm wondering if this particular flag messed with anyone's saves before I try it myself as the process for me to reinject my saves is a bit tedious. (Have to use another computer that doesn't belong to me to move files onto SD, lmao.)
