[Black/White] Is there a way to check if the Thunderus/Tornadus flag has been activated in my save file?

Like the title says, is there a program that will let me check if I actually triggered the Tornadus event on my Pokemon Black save file. I've been searching for Tornadus for about 30 minutes now but I can't seem to find it. I've already entered, exited and reentered multiple routes on where it should appear based on the time of the day and it is not showing up. I'm playing Black on drastic emulator on Android. Would that do anything? Anyways, is there a program that let's me do the above and possibly locate Tornadus? Thanks.
