Goomy Move: Counter is LEGAL

PKHex keeps stating that goomy with counter is illegal for sun and moon prior hex when its possible to get counter on goomy in game legally.

Its a chain breeding process:
1)Capture a Rhyhorn on Sunday through island scan
2)Get a Mudsdale and level it up level 42 this is when it learns Counter
3)Capture a Axew via Island scan
4)Breed Rhyhorn and Mudsdale to pass Counter as an egg move on a baby Rhyhorn
5)Breed the Baby Rhyhorn with Axew to create a Baby Axew with Counter
6)Breed a Goomy with a Axew with Counter
7)Goomy with Counter = Legal
