jackolantern Posted October 9, 2016 Share Posted October 9, 2016 I was looking around and found a program called PHBank that is supposed to work like pokebank but locally saved to your SD card. I was wondering if anyone is aware of a tool to edit that PHBank file in Windows? I would like to save the file to my pc and be able to edit it on the fly. Something like PKHex will be even better.
