ORAS edit help?

I've been breading for a shiny infernape for god knows how long in ORAS. Anyone willing to lend me a hand with a genning app? Will be willing to trade as I am a decent breeder.

Edit: I should verify, I'm looking to have an EXISTING CHIMCHAR modified from MY GAME which I have already into a shiny with five perfect stats in HP, Attack, Defense, Special Defense and Speed. That's are all that I'm looking to modify, not looking for a straight up gen.

I normally put a chimchar in the daycare with my ditto and hope for the best. lol Been trying for three months and nothing.
