No Pokemon In Boxes (PKHex)

Hey guys, I'm trying to inject mons into my OR game save and I'm having issues.

•Backup Save

•Eject SD

•Insert into computer

•Load into PKHex

•inject mons I made

•File, Export SAV, Export Main

•Eject SD

•insert into 3ds

•import with save manager...

But when I load in the game the injected mins aren't in my boxes. Need help.

When you export SAV, where in the SD do you save it?

It should be SD\saveDataBackup\main.sav
