Help change/fix sprites

so Ive been working on the hacks on pokemon white 2 lately and I cant find the right sites help me get these done.. I'm basically replacing the original trainer with my OC trainer like everyone else ive seen youtube has done.. So I'm counting this as some if you guys are willing to help or give me tips on how I cant the problems I'm having..

1. I cant seem to fix this stupid front sprite that would appear when I win either the Pokémon league or reviewing my wins in the PWT

2. Ive been wanting to replace the orginal trainer in the PWT board with mine, but I have no clue how to replace it when I'm using the BW hack tools

if anyone bothers on telling how or willing, let me know ASAP, I would really appreciate it..
