I'd like to get a Ninetales generated because breeding for a specific hidden power with a hidden ability is a massive, massive pain. This is just for friendly battling, not competition.

Ribbons, locations, and ID's are unimportant to me. All of the desired moves are TM's (so no big concern to "get it right"), but to save time, they are Hidden Power (Ice), Solarbeam, Flamethrower, and Dark Pulse.
