Request for jirachi

I would like to know if any one would be kind enough to make me a jirachi to use online on ORAS with the following criteria:

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf

Ability: Serene Grace

Level: 50+

Shiny: Doesn't matter

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

IVs: as beneficial as possible

Jolly Nature

- Iron Head

- Zen Headbutt

- Thunder Wave

- Ice Punch

I do not have much that I would be able to trade for it but I'll do my best. If the above can't be done just a any jirachi will work. Thanks!
