Trying to get Complete Game save data [HG/SS/BW/BW2]

Hello,

i have been searching for a way to copy a downloaded save data from the internet to my 3DS XL..

all i have is the following :

i have pokemon HG, SS, B, W, B2, W2, X, Y, OR, AS cartridges, and pokemon bank

i did play the game before and finish it, but i want a full save data which include all pokemon, to transfer them to the pokemon bank..

as i am trying to collect pokemons that are not on the new pokemon games..
