pkhex help with cyber gadget

How come I can't do pkhex with cyber in advance mode anymore? With the new update when I go in advance mode and change value and it's a one click then it reads my save and I think it's writes it I'm not sure, but in pkhex I am able to replace my main, but when I go on CG to read and write it, it does nothing, hope u understand what I mean
