Marisa
Thank you to RainThunder for porting the code! 52163674 2010D101 1216367A 00001C20 94000130 FDFF0000 1216367A 00000200 D0000000 00000000 ------------------------ Hi, I was hoping someone would be able to convert this code to work with the Japanese version of Pokemon Black. This code works with the English version of Pokemon Black, but I'd like it to work on the Japanese version as well. Walk through walls - hold L (Code 1 USA rom) 52163988 2010D101 1216398E 00001C20 94000130 FDFF0000 1216398E 00000200 D0000000 00000000 The most common "walk through walls" Action Replay code (L+A to turn on, L+B off) has the problem where it makes all NPCs ignore obstacles, which sometimes causes them to sink through the floor and break the game. I'm not sure why it does that, but it definitely crashes the game when the NPCs get into areas they're not supposed to be able to. That code is here: (Code 2 JPN Rom) 94000130 FDFC0002 1216367A 00000200 D2000000 00000000 94000130 FDFD0000 1216367A 00001C20 D0000000 00000000 Edit Dec 5, 2014: Turns out both walk-through codes have the same issues of allowing NPCs to also move through obstacles. It's just harder to forget the code is on for the hold L version since you have to actively press L for it to work. .___. Well, anyway, I'm glad to have the hold L version for the JPN game. Thank you. Similar codes (for comparison?) This other version of the Ignore Obstacles (Hold L) code doesn't work at all. I found this on GameFAQs. (Code 3 - doesn't work) 5219B1E0 2C09BD70 5219C1E0 FE1CF7C1 1219C1E4 00001C04 D2000000 00000000 5219C1E0 FE1CF7C1 94000130 FDFF0000 1219C1E4 00002400 D2000000 00000000 Neither does the PokemonGTS (Hold B) code. The game won't even load when I use this one. Instantly crashes DeSMuME, the DS emulator. (Code 4 - crashes game) 1216367A 00001C20 94000130 FFFD0000 1216367A 00000200 D0000000 00000000 So I was hoping someone would be able to convert the first code I posted to work with a Japanese rom. It'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Edited December 5, 2014 by Marisa

I really appreciate this. Sorry it took me so long to reply - I thought nobody would ever see it and then I forgot my password, but I'm very glad I came back to check. I tried it and it works great. You're awesome!
