LeLe Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 Hi, I just obtained the CyberGadget recently and i have this Error message showing "Could not retrieve game information from the server. Unknown Game." which i have no clue what cause this, will need some help/advise on this. I have tried the following or sure of the following - it a Japanese Pokemon Y game ( i owned a Jap consol also and it able to play on it) - i have try to change to a Japan VPN to try it and failed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
